About our Founder - Kirke Cushing
Kirke is the founder of Cushing Consulting as well as the Executive Director of ICAG Partners. Kirke enjoys his family most. If he's not with his family, walking his dogs or at work, you'll find him suited up and playing hockey with his team - The Moose.
With 30 years of experience in team leadership, change management, and business building, Kirke is a seasoned expert in the field. He has a wealth of knowledge in the regulated financial services industry, having held senior leadership positions at the Director level or above since 2011.
Kirke was the Chief Operating Officer of a large Chicago based wealth management firm. He ignited change through accountability and a planned strategic vision to grow the firms assets by over 50% over 3 years to $6 Billion in AUM. He also started an advice providing, customer service oriented broker dealer inside a tier one Asset Manager to save $11 Billion worth of high revenue assets that were redeeming at a rate of ~$1 Billion per year.
While leading business revenue strategy, Kirke also redesigned the support functions. Kirke's hands-on experience in data management, FinTech, and RegTech software solutions has allowed him to identify, implement, and customize technology solutions to drive sales results. He has a strong customer focus, always putting clients first, and has earned a reputation for being well respected in the industry.
